I am a Spanish student-athlete currently studying engineering at a university in Spain. I graduated from high school in 2024 now i am 19, and have been competing in track and field for 3-4 years. Two years ago i was running 17min 5k, and 9.20 3k, and last season i got massive drops in PB's running abaout 70 miles per week.
3,000m: 8:34 (converted to 9:10 for 3200m)
5,000m: 15:02
I am looking for universities in the U.S. that offer full athletic scholarships for international students. I am open to both NCAA Division I and Division II programs or others. My primary goal is to secure a full scholarship to cover all expenses, including tuition, room, and board.
Could you recommend universities or programs that might be a good fit based on my times? Additionally, I would appreciate advice on how to approach coaches and what information to include in my outreach
