During the summer I usually have a few week stretch where I'm tired all of the time. I can't run more than a few days a week at a slow pace. I have had blood tests done. The results don't show anything out of the ordinary. Since this happens in the summer, I wonder if the time of season has anything to do with my fatigue. Has anyone dealt with a problems like this. What did you do to resolve it? I don't think that the problem is stress, nutrition, or overtraining. That doesn't seem to leave a lot of answers.
