There was a dearth of quarterbacks in the draft last year and the Giants wasted a first round pick on Dart. Based on Walter and NFL scouting reports, he isn’t projected to be much more than a good back up. He’ll play no better than Russel did.

Scouting reports are almost always a good assessment of potential in the NFL:
