It is, but you're still a douchebag.
Dopers usually have insane progressions. Both Keely and Georgia were top 0.001% as teenagers, the writing was on the wall.
Its safe enough to celebrate a British 1-2 in the 800m.
Hocker is also half British (other half German) so its a good day for the Pommies

She has two kids, 2 and 4. In 2023 she came back and she lost 30kg. Hellen Obiri actually motivated her it could be done. Her agency is a smaller GB one with limited clients and a strong rep. I don’t think they facilitate doping in any way.

If I'm reading this page right she had over a 2 second PR in the 800m final. That is wild
Scratch that. 1.9 seconds. Still crazy. Her first time under 2 minutes was at the end of May.
That race was probably one of the best in the whole championships for me, was quite the event I must say and congrats to all of them, PBs, Championship Record and Jess Hull getting an Oceanian record being dead last is crazy!, let alone running 1:57.3 being last for basically the whole race. Womens 800m running is kinda crazy rn.

Probably the first time I watch a women 800m race since Semenya left the scene. It was a great race. I find it hard/boring to watch a 1:55+ race. Finally, women are running faster than in the 1970s

6 seconds in 4 months? She'll be under 1:50 by the end of the year.

Are you kidding? Bell’s progression is as bad as Odira’s, if not worse.
Both Athing and Keely went from outside 2 minutes to 1:55 in one year. Hunter Bell went from 4:12 to 3:52 in one year (lol).
The 800m is the dirtiest middle distance there is. The impact of doping is massive.

There's a difference in improving 4 seconds at 19 and 4 seconds at 26. Odira's pb was 2:11.9 at 19. Keely's was 1:55.

You left out that Athing and Keely were relatively much younger when that happened (19/20 years old) vs Hunter Bell (30 years old) and Odira (26 years old)
