Your post will probably be downvoted a lot since it's disrespectful towards Nader and Hocker getting DQed was largely his own fault. But, the truth is that he very likely would have won. Beamish probably would have won as well. As a side note, it's a shame this was an off year for Hobb Kessler since he likely would have thrived in this field as well in the shape he was in last year.
if jakob was in the race and fit he would have won the race too...
also if kerr didn't do whatever he did, he would have won the race
I think a healthy Jakob might have won if he took the role tim did. Probably 50/50. But if he ever had a chance to break the field from the front it would’ve been this year. No one in that field was running 3:28 low today

The first lap in 59.5 would have probably ruined his chances of winning.

Jakob is done medaling at outdoor championship 1500m for good.
Different people would have won today, but still the same outcome - no medals for Jakob. No matter how you twist it, there will always be at least 3 people to beat him in any scenario. The field is just too thick these days.

Which 3 run 3:28.2 or better with him going from the front like last year. Maybe the people who wouldve had you believe Laros could run the world record would’ve said him, but I doubt it. And I don’t think anyone else would even have a chance
