Forever the cutie, that one. I love Australia.
Interesting that people meme on Jon but he’s actually just like a normal, intelligent dude who is a pretty professional journalist and somehow the whole track world thinks that hilarious for some reason lol. Like he’s a meme on nocontexttrack but like bro he’s just doing his job what do you want him to do? 😂

I am quite fond of it, too.

Intelligent yes, but he is a bit too PC. That's why I'm glad we have rojo, a true man of the people who tells it like it is.
Jon, I think she likes you
That's my conclusions after analyzing her micro-expressions when she mentioned you
Oh, wow. This is big.
Go for it Jon! Ask her out.
playin the humble card; "not off the top of my head" nice brah nice

Go to 3:25. Says JG might know the answer to some nerdy track trivia. Can’t imagine the butterflies he was feeling. Ever the cocksmen, he replied by saying “not off the top of my head”. I would avoid Mr. Jolliffe if I were Jon
Who is Mr Joliffe? Husband?
Is it possible our very own Jon Gault is engaging in a clandestine fling with this young attractive world class 1500m runner from Australia?
Would that be an issue for maintaining journalistic independence from bias?
We need JG to weigh in on this major potential controversy.

Yes, world class late on in her career...
Fun moment, thanks for sharing OP (and the respect for JG's knowledge is well deserved)!

prolly even more like 4chan lol
I'm a middle aged dude and at I once told JG how much I liked his reporting, told him it was a big part of why I spend too much time on this site. I'm second guessing the move, it may have been misinterpreted.
Jon is honestly one of the better journalist period - any sport - not all fluffy, truly loves the sport and is extremely knowledgeable.
