    I am looking for a high end pair of XC spikes. Last year I ran in dragonfly 1s, but I am looking for something more stable. It is worth noting my team often goes to very rocky courses. The two main options I would like to hear about are the dragonfly XC and the ON XC spikes.

    If courses are rocky I would just go for a low profile road racing shoe like the Streakfly 2s but if you want something cheap the brooks draft xc flats are pretty great in my opinion
