10 days before my PR I ran:
4x400, 7x200
3 minutes rest between reps, 7 minutes between the sets
59, 60, 60, 60

For background:
I'm a former 400m runner who has been casually training on and off since college and this past indoor season decided to try to run the 800. I ran my fastest race in early December (I didn't really have time to keep training after that so called the season very early) but was overall happy with the time. I'm considering training for another season but I'm curious what people would guess I'd run off this sort of workout. At the time I was running about 30 miles/week.
