Did Parker Valby switch to Nike

Super vague, but I don't think so. Centro is in one of the clips, and he is now with Tracksmith. And Rupp, who of course is still Nike, but pretty much retired. The focus is Hayward Field, but seems odd to feature athletes no longer with Nike in a series associated with Nike.

this is literally a commercial for Nike - she's wearing their shoes, the Nike logo is all over this. I'm stunned New Balance allowed her to do this.

Wow. New Balance is not going to be happy. This is head scratching.

As an average person I don't care but I guarantee you brands will. Athletes have gotten in trouble for wearing shirts from a running camp that had another brand as the sponsor.

I wonder if she knew they were going to publish this now? Asked for approval? With so many Nike athletes why wouldn't they have just used those?

It was more than likely filmed prior to Valby being sponsored by New Balance - when she had a Nike NIL. New Balance won’t be happy but it will be Nike they’re not happy with, not Valby.

??? Did you read the post? It’s a look at the history of Nike Pegasus - and the description clearly states it’s a loop through time. It’s a look back at people who ran in the Pegasus, and it’s showing the athletes who were paid to run in them. Have you ever seen a contract for promotional photos? They own those photos forever, not just for a single publication. Everyone knows Parker had a nil deal with Nike, the internet is littered with old photos and videos of her wearing Nike. Not too sure why this would get anyone excited unless they didn’t bother to read and had no idea Parker used to be a Nike athlete.
