While there is another thread that is tracking program cuts, cancellations, etc. I thought it would be nice to see the opposite as well; what programs/schools have announced they are going to fully scholarship all sports? Or even just track and field up to the 45 limit?

And Texas AD made mention of it during a conference several months ago.
Who else?
Texas and Texas A & M, But The SEC Track and Field Coaches Voted Track and Field would only Have A Roster Limit of For Men and Women so 70 Athletes overall, This puts THE SEC at a HUGE DISADVANTAGE In Track and Field, As ALL The Other Conferences Will Have A Roster Limit of 45 for Men And Women = 90 Athletes Overall, The only chance The SEC Has is to Recruit More Athletes that can score in NCAA With only 35 spotsThan The Other Schools who will have 45 Roster Spots. The SEC is facing an uphill Battle, The Key is to Recruit Kenyans, Ethiopians, Ugandans who can score Immieditiately as Freshmen and Only Recruit Americans if they are 5 Star Recruits, With The Sprinters USA has more TOP Sprinters and also more Depth than any other Countries, but also Recruit OIutstanding Jamaicans and Carribean Athletes and West Africa is a Goal Mine for undiscovered Sprint Talent, And Hopefully Putin can restore The Soviet Union to its Glory Days so Schools can Recruit Throwers and Technical events like the Pole Vault, Jumps, The Soviet and Eastern Block Women Athletes would be more dominant Than The Men but Men will still produce some Sergiy Bubka and Yuriy Syedikh, and The Women will have Throwers like Gabrielle Renich in the Discus, Chistyackova in the Long Jump and Lisoskaya in the Shot.
Okay I am being Silly with The Generalizations, but it seems true most of the Athletes In Most events come from a small number of Countries, And The East Block/Soviet Era has been over for well over 30 Years and some Records are Still standing, And The East German Girls were serious Competition for Americans and may have even been better than The USA in the Womens Sprints at the Time.
Okay last silly post of the Day for Me, Silly but kind of True.

Stop capitalizing every word. It makes your writing impossible to read.
Of course this thread will turn into incoherent babble instead of actual productive information.
Texas and Texas A&M have stated they will max out. I’ve heard Arkansas women will, but have not heard about the men. Might as well with the Texas programs doing it.
I wouldn’t be surprised to hear Florida, LSU, Tennessee, Georgia, and maybe Alabama get in the mix in the SEC. USC could potentially be a program out west. As well as Oregon.
Big 10 is a little more uncertain. Ohio State and Michigan are potential options, but I don’t envision any other traditional Big 10 schools offering the max scholarships. It was stated at XC nationals that the host school was actually going to lose men’s scholarships. Could’ve been a rumor but need LR reporters to do some investigative work.
SEC will be fine. 35 of the best athletes will beat 45 average ones.
Big10 will probably line up with SEC at 10/35 when dust settles.
What has SEC decided for women 17/45 or also 10/35?
Does anyone have an official source of the SEC going to 35? I've seen it repeated on social media and on here hundreds of times, but I've yet to see an official announcement from the SEC, a reputable news article, etc. I'm not saying its not true, or a reputable source doesn't exist, but I CANNOT find one. I've asked this in multiple places and NOONE has been able to provide it to me yet.

"The SEC, additionally, will limit rosters even further than the settlement’s numbers. Men’s programs will be limited to 35 athletes for track and just 10 for cross-country." It's runnersworld so a hobbyjogger magazine, but their reporting is good...
I believe BYU stated they wanted to fully support all athletes in all sports, but I’m admittedly not sure if that was a statement that they were doing it or a fundraising call to donors to step up for that goal.
What is likely really going to happen is schools are going to max out football (the extra twenty roster spots / scholarships) and they will increase the number of female scholarships to comply with Title IX (although female rosters will likely be reduced in som instances to 45). Guys track scholarships will likely be reduced at many schools (even though they could theoretically be expanded at a couple schools) and rosters will be cut significantly to make up for the additions in football.

The 71st best athlete on a combined track and field roster is irrelevant and won't score any points.

This report from last February says the number of scholarships will stay the same. Perhaps they are looking at fundraising in order to increase that.
Eyestone’s message to his team last week was good news and bad news. The good news: BYU will fund the max roster size of 45 and maintain the status quo of 12.6 scholarships for men and 18 for women (“We were bracing for 35 or 30 rosters,” says a clearly relieved Eyestone); the bad news: The size of the rosters will be reduced significantly.

Not Mentioned, but I think UCLA will be fully funded, They Were a National Track and Field Powerhouse for a VERY LONG TIME, And I am sure UCLA wants to get back there.

Yes, the SEC isn't worried because teams in conferences besides the SEC/Big10 won't fill 45 athlete track rosters because they won't have the money to do so.
Schools will continue to have walkons. Football increases scholarships by 20. I guarantee that schools will cut other men's scholarships, even the few schools who claim they will fully fund. They dont mean fully fund men's track.
