Adam Spencer, Wisconsin. Has the 3:31 1500 PR. Won his national championships in 3:34 earlier this spring. Has a 3:52 mile PR but that could be better.
In February of this year, Ethan Strand ran 3:48.32 indoors.
In July 1981, Baylor's Todd Harbor ran 3:50.34 outdoors at the Dream Mile in Oslo. That was 44 yeas ago.

Didn't Myers win and Spencer get 2nd? Not to take away from your point he's definitely one of the best right now. I just don't like him because he always seem to be tussling with people
