How often should core exercises be done? Everyday? Twice a day? Every other day?
I am currently doing them everyday for a back problem and it takes me approximately 40 mintues to get through the routine. I must say it is very annoying/ boring.
How fast should i see improvement if this process is going to make a difference? I've done them for 3 weeks now and have seen no improvement. The PT is just throwing stuff out there for me to do on my own that would assisnt in strenghtening hte back muscles and aid stabiliation but really don't know my diagnosis.
I don't mind doing them but i'd at least like to see results or have a true diagnosis so i know i'm going in the right direction.
