Which movie is really better?
Which movie is really better?
Running Brave. No comparison. Billy Mills was and will always be a better runner.

What did you do? Reply to your own post??? Ha!
My vote is Running Brave.
I like Prefontaine better than both.
Then again i've never seen running brave, but Billy Mills was an animal
Running Brave and Pre would probably appeal more to younger runners with short attention spans. They are less subtle and have less "talk scenes" and move at a quicker pace. I think "Without Limits" is better though. And there is no comarison between the three in comparing the realism in the Olympic Finals depictions. Compared to the Munich scene in "Without Limits" the other two were cartoonish in comparison.
I think running brave had the chance to be better but it was poorly executed. I think the actor that played Mills did a good job but a lot of it seemed second rate. Without limits is a good movie and I think it added a lot of cool details in it and was more realistic. I have not seen Prefontaine but I have heard it's not that great.
Running Brave. Pre sucked and sucks where he is at.
The thing that i hate the most about "Prefontaine" is that in most the races, when he come across the finish, the entire field is in a huge pack less then 20 meters back.
Mills went to college, then track was portrayed as cross country? what the hell? that movie was very incorrect. At least WO Limits was well done.
I think if they actaully make a good movie about Mills life then the movie would be amazing! But they made a 2nd rate film.
One thing i liked about WO limits is that they used old footage w. the new footage. i think that added a lot to the movie...
BUT, Endurance is the best, hands down!
