-60 min PROGRESSION run. Increase pace every 15 min(or 5-20 min). Start with jog and increase every so often. Last 15 min is tempo "effort"
Effort "FEELS" like specific pace... Instead of locking yourself in a fixed pace, your training at an effort level.(Feels like this today, next week feels different, etc)

Why did you default into /km for pace?
Cause anyone running 5m40/Mile wouldn't need advice on how to run faster. As they are already pretty fast.
