That's weak. Go volunteer at a children's hospital, even if it's just for a day. Your "problems" won't mean much when you talk to a dying child and the parents. Toughen up.
on a serious note, it might do you good to build other qualities and attributes the way you build your fitness. takes some work but it can be done.
tens of thousands of people have started with very little to feel good about, and built themselves into a person they like and respect. takes work. no shortcuts. still doable.
have some glimmer of hope that you can build more qualities into yourself that make your life easier. keep up the running, most people don’t even have their fitness, so there is that!
i swear, everyone will say to go make an appointment to talk about changing, and talk about your feelings about changing. I’d say, build a new behavior for a few weeks, and talk about it later.
I don’t have a solution for you but you’re not alone. I often feel the same way. I was much happier as a kid even though now I have money, great job, all the picture perfect things in life. Not much to look forward to nowadays is there. Hang in there
