Hey all:
Just wondering if I could get some feedback on Daniels' 24-week advanced marathon training program. I am thinking about starting to train now for a marathon this winter. My coach doesn't have a ton of marathon experience so he and I are thinking I should just use the book.
Also, do Daniels' projections for marathon pace based on 5k pace and aerobic threshold pace work out pretty well? ie, can I train with the idea that I should be able to run the marathon time that Daniels associates with my VDOT level?
