Also, where is Jaylen Bennett committed? HS senior ran 47.64 indoors and has also run 33.9 for 300. Don't see anything on milesplit. And he goes to Phillips Exeter so I'd guess Ivy or similar
Record could go down at conference with more conservative splits
He's under the radar but this is a great result. I agree he is running the old school way, but if he goes 51.5 maybe he can come back in more like 53-flat.
interesting results from the mile. harrison witt wins in 3:52.87. witt was a huge talent in hs, running 1:48.5 and 4:04 but never did much until this year. luke houser is back, giant sb. reinhardt harrison with a pr, true freshman and nxn champ jojo jourdon with a pr, and benne anderson, true soph from syracuse with a big pr.
anderson was a massive talent in hs as well, running 1:49, 4:00, and 8:41 all essentially solo, never running any major national invites or postseason meets his senior year. he ran 3:39 last year as a true frosh, but i’ve had my eye on him for a while and i’m glad to see him fulfilling his potential. i think he’s gonna be a threat for titles in 1-2 years.

Harrison ran 3:56 earlier this season, so today's time was about 3.5 second PB.

Saw this race, for some reason only one of many that had already made it to YouTube, I cannot pay $30 a month for Flotrack, like 3 meets I would watch. And if I got all the annual subs I might need, I would have to quit drinking to afford that. I thought Drew Griffith might get a good one today, but(4:01.19) I thought he would have fit much better at Villanova with that group, but ND is ND!
Colton sands - 7:39 for a 23 second pr. admittedly, his old pr was from 2022, but still pretty cool nonetheless. could be points at NCAA assuming wolfe is healthy.

Great time, that will get him to nationals. Furnam duo disappointed though
