I am a female runner & I have big calves
probably genetically and also since I run a lot almost every single day, they have become more noticeable and bulky.
Why is it that some peoeple have really skinny legs in general while others have a bit more muscular and defined calves?
I hate having big calves becuase i am SO selfconscious of them I really hate wearing skirts and shorts.
and my teammates always make fun of my calves
and it makes me very uncomfortable.
help or suggestions??
