The first ever Millrose Watch Party is going to happen on Saturday

1-3pm on NBC is the meet.

Location
The San Francisco Athletic Club
1750 Divisadero St, San Francisco, CA 94115

Great name for a bar to watch track. I drive by it daily taking my daughter to go to school and thought it would be a great place to go.

Everyone is welcome. First drink is on me for Supporters Club members.

Meet up was a huge success. There must have been more than 50 people in attendance from people in their 20s to almost 80 years old. Who knew there were so many LRC fans in the Bay Area? Thank you Weldon!

Lot of fun for me. Told bartender we'd have 5-20 people a week before. We had probably 40+

Photos here after meet ended (I'll have to be more on top of it next time).

Coincidence? The first ever LetsRun meetup to watch a pro track meet resulted in 2 world records by American in distance events. Pretty sure that’s never happened before (the world records AND a meetup for a non Olympic related track meet). S.F. LRC is just starting.
