Tuohy just ran a 4:25. What will Valby run in the 3000?
Over/Under is Tuohy's time converted - so that would be an 8:43.5 (using the new World Athletics tables for indoor times).
What do you think? Does Valby open with a time under or over 8:43.5 or not?

I was never a "Valby vs. Tuohy" combatant and I don't follow women's track as closely as men's, but I will admit that the psychos who won't stop talking about Valby have made me less of a fan of hers.
Not because of anything she has done, but honestly just because I feel like there are too many weirdos who care way too much about her "career" or whatever. Give her some space for goodness sake.
Plus we have so many other runners who are already legit world-class right now, the fawning over her potential is kind of off-putting.
I mean honestly, there is no chance she is winning this race, yet people want the focus to be on her. She is not running away from these women in a 3km and she isn't out-kicking them either.
BTW, as a runner from the PNW, I am going with Duck alum, Jess Hull for the win.

Valby "psychos?" There are none. The only psychos are the Tuohy ones. Case in point: Valby gets 2nd at the Olympic Trials and it results in a 10-page thread. Valby runs 14:52 to SMASH the collegiate record and it gets a 5-page thread. Valby runs 30:50 to OBLITERATE the NCAA record by 28 seconds and it gets ... 2 pages. Tuohy runs a fairly pedestrian 4:25 (1.5 seconds slower than two years ago) and it gets a 12-page thread. Just making a ridiculous statement like that makes you sound like you are one of them.
