Middle-distance runner Amos Bartelsmeyer has ended his career. The 30-year-old German-American, who started for Eintracht Frankfurt, had been active in the jersey of the German Athletics Association since 2019 and qualified for the 2021 Olympics in Tokyo.
With the DLV team, Bartelsmeyer won silver at the European Championships in 2019 and became German champion over 1500 m in 2019 (outdoor) and 2023 (indoor).
