I'll start with 81 (last summer).
Not just a 1 week wonder, but at least 3 weeks within 1 base-phase. Has to be in the last rolling year.

101
16 straight weeks at 100+ (highest 120) last spring/summer. Hoping to top that this summer.
i ran a week at 123 miles last school year...
As a high school senior last year in winter base I did 4 weeks of 100, 101, 101, and 100.
So my highest was 101.
173. In the middle of a 10 week marathon build up. By noon on sunday I had neither the inclination or calories in me to go out and get another easy 7.
^I think this guy wins, unless frank shorter decides to post. I've hit the 138-141 range a few times.
What was Frank's max?
I think there was a 200/wk thread some months back. I've done that myself - twice. In my case it didn't help. I did have consistent 150's, though. That's when I ran my best - which considering my mileage wasn't very good....
The most I did was 103, at the beginning of XC season. Wasn't Alex Fidelis the one on here, talking about doing 200 mi/week?
Just hit the highest of my life this track season, 78 miles for 2 weeks followed by a pr of 9:35 in the 2 mile. But these past 3 weeks i hit 90 miles, no big race yet thought.
With everyones mileage could you post your PR's. thanks
42 miles.
My Top 10:
1) 178
2) 177
3) 168
4) 167
5) 161
6) 157
7) 155
8) 154
9) 151 (6 days, day off with the flu)
10) 151 high school

I hit three weeks in a row of at least 85 miles last summer (85, 88, 90.) I'm shooting for a lot more weeks above 90, with some quality this time, this summer.
Hitting about 150s currently.
It would be interesting to compare the times of the 100+ mpw posters with those who run less.
105 miles last week. A "one off" deal, but considering I'm a 49-y.o. 800/1500 guy, it ranks somewhere.
check it out:
30 miles.... a week
half marathon- 1:23
marathon- 2:58
