The Hilly and difficult course at the Paris Olympics 2 months ago clearly did a substantial damage! Sharon Lokedi, except for Paris Olympics where she finished 4th, has never finished lower than 3rd and always beaten in a sprint finish. But today she finished more than 3 minutes back!
Maybe this just show these stars aren't machines but I thought they both would do better.
Obiri was 2nd but this was her type of race.
Nageeye's best days are behind him.

Supershoes may have changed recovery some but if Obiri is slightly off she's not going to win. Nageeye winning was a surprise but there isn't any room for error with Tola as well.
Kipchoge winning every time (on flat courses) isn't normal:)
