Sometimes, humans compare things to clarify their relative importance. Here, we can see that one thing is, yes, a very big deal and another is pretty meh and understandable in the grand scheme.
If Rupp had some dodgy TUEs, I guess I am ok with that now, since he never got caught using EPO, T, or SARMs.

Because we don't use "disgusted" to describe people who have never tested positive, are pretty nice people, and who were basically taken as a child and put into a weird environment. Rupp was bullied on this forum for a decade and it showed in how he shut down most of his social media presence. The fact that he is doing commentary is, in my opinion, the least he deserves for having been America's only truly elite, world-class distance runner for about a decade.
My dream is that he gets the call on a broadcast across from Kara. Do we think Kara would simply say no and back out? Then write a book about NBC? He is genuinely good.
