Recently did 19 miles at 6:00 average as my first continuous long run steady workout. Went from 6:13 down to 5:47, fueling didn’t go so great but working on it… also did this in the Hyperion Max, will upgrade to the Metaspeed Sky on race day.
running Philly on 11/24. Original goal was sub 2:30 but now I’m thinking sub 2:35 (only running like 40mpw on 4 days). Is this realistic?
