Putting aside whether a runner can change his mechanics and whether Pose is good, which is better (more efficient, less likely to lead to injuries): forefoot (or midfoot, but I'm talking about the ball of the foot, but not the toes) landing or heel landing?
Forefoot landing makes sense to me because you are landing more under your center and it seems less jarring, but I've hear that the forefoot landing can put more strain on certain areas like the posterior tendon. Can anyone address this issue with more than just anecdotal evidence? Thanks.
