Having trouble finding some decent sprint spikes for my daughter who has wide feet! The Nike Superflys are too narrow.
Any recommendations would be much appreciated!
Perhaps the Nike Maxfly?

I've also had a hard time finding 2E spikes. It's been a while since I've needed to shop for them so I'm not certain of what's out there. But I do know Asics and New Balance do made 2E spike and looking with them might be a good place to start. Admittedly, Amazon might also be a good place to look, as you can specify foot width and possibly get some useful results.
Since you haven't gotten many responses, let me try to help. Most spikes are unisex in sizing so they're narrow. Some companies make a men's and women's line of spikes so the men's should be wider since men's regular last is a D width and women's regular last is a B width. New Balance and Saucony have mens and womens sizes so you might look there.
Another thing she could try is running sockless. If she gets blisters in one spot, she could wear a band-aid over that spot. I run sockless in my Nike Dragonflys with no problems. If that doesn't work, she could try onionskin thin socks. That comes with its own problems as super thin socks (like women's sock liners) tend to slip inside the shoe. I found some super thin socks that don't slip, but they were hard to find.
Oh, one other idea. She can skip the set of eyelets closest to the toe of the shoe to allow a tiny bit more room in the forefoot. It might look like that lace is loose, but when you remove it entirely, you can feel the difference.
