I didn't think there would be a wild card available for this DL final since next year the DL final is before the world champs and they'll be giving the 2025 DL final the wild card to 2025 wold champs.

Thats definitely not how its gonna work... The teams are all picked by then

In 2019 -- the only previous time the DL final was before Worlds -- the wild cards went to the 2019 DL champions. World Athletics has not confirmed it, but I suspect that is how it will operate next year, with the 2025 DL champions getting the wild card.
Yes, teams will have been picked but it would be pretty simple for federations to enter an alternate in an event where they might get a wild card and then bump that athlete up to the "active roster" if they get the wild card.
Because a wild card would guarantee their birth instead of having to deal with trials..
I'm sure all of them would appreciate the wild card, but I doubt anyone will lose sleep over it. If anyone struggles to get top 3 at the trials, then they're really not cut out for the world stage anyway.

Trials means it's not guaranteed even for medalists

Ingebrigtsen is slated to run the men's 1,500m at the Diamond League Final in Brussels on Friday and rumoured to be making his half marathon debut on Sunday in Copenhagen
“Canada’s Sarah Mitton in the shot put and pole vaulter Alysha Newman are also slated to compete in the Diamond League Finals, both looking to make history and become the first Canadian female athlete to win a Diamond League trophy in over a decade. Diamond League champions also earn an automatic qualification spot into the 2025 World Athletics Championships in Tokyo, Japan”

Usually what happens though is that the wild card just runs heats for their event and then skips the finals which wouldn't show us who really is top 3 on the day
