What's the difference and what's the effect of each.
I'm still trying to find a pair of shoes that works for me - haven't found a good training shoe that didn't feel like i was wearing clogs in 17 years. Some racing shoes have worked - so I thought maybe the last had something to do with it.
Currently trying the Nike Marathoners - hated them at first: very hard, but took the insole out and am starting to think they may work afterall.
Nike XC Streak - felt great, but only lasted 50 good miles, the last 50 were still ok, but I think they are just about done.
Nike Air Ekiden - liked them, fairly sturdy
Nike Air Streak (i think that what they were called - they were yellow, very light weight; discontinued) felt great on the feet like the XC Streak, but like the XC Streak they didn't last too long.
