She doesn't need the money right now. She's taken care of at home, probably has NIL money in the bank, and can take her time weighing her options.
Plus, a contract signed this time of year would probably also expire this time of year after however many years she's signed for. The timing wouldn't work well if she isn't extended, and she would need to find a new sponsor since so many others often sign around this time and she'd be competing with a lot of them for new sponsorship. Her leverage would be much worse than if her contract were to expire in, say, late fall or winter, and she could seek another deal against less competition.
Is this the same agent who anonymously posts here blasting her for not being signed? She's not taking your crappy offer, dude. And she doesn't need to.
Then again, maybe she will make a surprise appearance as a grad at SEC’s on Nov 1. Maybe she (and coach) are keeping it a secret even from the rest of the gator’s cross-country team.
She has the opportunity to be the only collegiate in history to win 11 NCAA titles.
Her prospects are limited until she can figure out a second pose/look to go with "sorority girl kissy face." Brands are just imagining the photo shoot for a poster or an ad, the photographer continually asking her to just be herself and do what comes naturally, and she just stands there doing a kissy face, maybe mixing it up by doing a sideways peace sign, and this goes on for hours.

This is a tounge-in-cheek post (sort of). But stranger things have happened.

Job market is tough right now. She may consider accepting an NIL deal and run as a graduate student at Tennessee.
This makes no sense. Unless she’s among for too much $$. She’s basically lost out on 1/4 of a years pay for waiting.
Hearing her father had been very demanding. Waiting out the NIL deal. And other companies are getting nervous. she’s a huge talent but unfortunately this whole situation isn’t good for Valby long term. Someone wound have loved to announce her signing at the trials or right now after the OLY. Now an announcement loses its luster.
NIL deals end the minute you leave college. She has no NIL anymore
That’s the point. Her collegiate NIL sponsor still has right of first refusal until the 180 hold-out period expires.
Oh, wow! Here's a thought: Valby/father really don't want to be with Nike, and Nike has demonstrated they'll match any offer, so they're just waiting out the clock to sign with the company of their choice. That'd be November, is that right? This could make sense for what they view as the right group, training philosophy, or the right marketing plan up to LA2028.

Her Dad is her agent and asked for too much money and now she’s losing money everyday
This is correct. They asked for too much and Nike had the right to match any deal due to it being in her NIL contract. When she got beat in the 5k at the Olympic trials by three women who don’t have global medals, Nike realized she wasn’t worth that much. Until she can be a medal contender Nike won’t give her what she wants. She probably should have signed a deal right after NCAAs when her stock was the highest. Also should have picked up Ray Flynn instead of using Dad. She would have paid for the agent, but gotten a better deal and sound advice.

That’s generally the idea. Maybe she wants to shop around to see what is available, but that’s hard to do unless first freed up from the right-of-first refusal clause.
That doesn’t mean she eventually will not sign with Nike. It means she may get better terms by being able to entertain other offers, rather than just accept whatever Nike was offering.
Nike is probably the biggest player in the sport, and they have set themselves up to be able to take advantage of the athletes, if they want to. That does not mean they are doing so in her case, but maybe they each have differences of opinion on what she is worth. And other restrictions and clauses in a contract, besides just monetary compensation, can also factor into the decision.
But this is all just my opinion, based upon the Sarah Lorge-Butler RW articles.

Your opinion here is obviously incorrect, since it neglects the fact she wasn’t able to sign with a different company anywhere close to the time of the trials, due to the right-of-first-refusal clause that is in-place, and won’t expire for several more weeks.
