I have been starting to have some minor ankle plan. Over the last couple years I’ve mostly ran in Saucony Kinvaras. However, I recently started running in the Saucony ride 17s. There is a lot more support then I’m used to. I’m wondering if my new foot positioning is causing me pain. I’ve altered between the rides and kinvara. Mainly picking the Kinvara for quicker runs and the rides for most of my base mileage. Please let me know any considerations or comments you may have.
