Why did Hillary stay married to Bill Clinton?

I think it's important to differentiate "women" from "famous women". Also, there are many reasons to stay in a relationship for both parties; women are not the only ones who tolerate infidelity.

Bill Clinton had a moment of Weakness and gave in to it, Hillary is a forgiving person who realizes all people have flaws and she forgave him, knowing it was likely a One Time thing and she loves Bill Clinton Immensely and unconditionally, This couple regardless of what you think of their Politics love each other endlessly and that is why they have been Married so long in a day and age when Divorce is around 50% they are likely to keep The Vow they made to love each other until death do they part and they will likely be together eternally in the afterlife.

I am not a Fan of their politics in general, although some of the things they have done are very good and that is why they are very hard to beat in a political election. Just giving props to them in that they both did things Millions of Americans liked.

You cannot be a Successful Politician at the highest level without being likeable to the point you can get Tens of Millions of people to vote for you and to get People/Donors to send you lots of money to help your campaign.

One of the partners at the law firm a started at was banging a legal assistant who he would have baby sit his kids from time to time. His wife was respected judge. One of the secretaries joked that his wife was ok with it because she wouldn't have to have sex with him. (She eventually divorced him after he had another affair with in house counsel for a client).

With some public figures like Conor McGregor, it is pretty much part of the deal that the wife is going to have to let her husband have some side action. These are high profile people who are used to getting whatever they want whenever they want it. And they have unending access to women who are ready to jump into bed.

With Clinton, I think she knew that Bill slept around and just let him do it as long has he kept it private. For Hilary, it was all about retaining the political power that came with being Bill's wife.

Hillary is a lesbian, always has been, and is OK with Bill's "indiscretions" as long as he keeps it quiet. they didn't count on republicans obsession with the Clinton's - they spent millions going after them for Whitewater only to come up empty - then out of the blue Linda Tripp tattle-taled on Lewinsky. she had presidential ambitions and new the narrative of a woman who forgives her husband and stays together was better than one of a bitter divorcee.

As much as women say they want/expact loyalty, women hate moving down in relationship status, benefits, and privledges.

Hillary was smart enough to know that she left Bill and wanted to be with another high profile man then she would end up deal with the same thing sooner or later. So, might as well stay with Bill. Smart move on her part.

Being with a powerful high profile man comes with both pros and cons. The pro is that you're gonna live that good life, fly around on Air Force One or on private jets, live like a Queen. The con is that he's not gonna be exclusive bc he doesn't have to be. There are few man at his status level and plenty of beautiful women all over the world (re: Leo Dicaprio).

If they wanted to be with a guy who doesn't cheat, then they would've married an average Joe Schmoe. Women have known this all throughout history, but in the modern era we like to pretend that they don't know what they're really signing up for.

Regardless, eventually most women accept that being with a high profile and/or powerful man comes with certain drawbacks. You either put up with or leave him for the fitness instructor or the school teacher and suffer the hit in relationship privledges.
