Dominant victory? He won by less than 3 seconds. lol He actually got passed with roughly 4k to go but made a move on one last technical section. But he was run down on the downhill and after he made the past back for the lead in the final stages he was nearly caught again at the line. If the race was a 100 meters longer he would have lost. None the less it was an incredible race and a great watch. The GOAT indeed.

Correction won by 1.5 seconds. It was .2 under his previous course record in 2019

Indeed was an amazing run and dominant in terms of just another win and great run but definitely not on the day .

1. I think we know now that 2:08 is not elite

2. Kenyans are already dominating all aspects of Euro mountain racing (Ascent, Classic, Sky) and perhaps soon a couple will entertain 100 mile distances, but not necessary.
