the 400 has seemed so boring the last few years i think because the 400 hurdles have been so exciting. so fun to watch the rhythm of that race when it's been mastered.
in real life, watching high school kids, i love watching the flat 400, and loathe the hurdles.

Norman is a time trailer, a destitute man's Asafa Powell (at the 400 instead of the 100). He'll never run his best when it matters.
