her stride looks like she's doing a marathon with gentle arm swings it does not make sense but it's a 47 second 400, wtf? does she need a form / strength coach?

The long camera coverage doesn't do it justice. When they show her from track level with the rail cam you get a real good look at how fast her long legs are turning over with power. She's a thorougbred.

Yes, she'd leave Marita Koch's WR in the dust, then move up and take Kratochvilova's if she sorted out that damn form/strength.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with her form. She runs like a gazelle.
That 400h is the event I am most anticipating. As much as I like Bol I would like to say she has a good chance of winning. She does have a chance but it is extremely small and is going to depend more on Syd beating herself with a mistake or something rather that Bol beating Syd on her own and being better.
Every sprinter knows that relaxation makes them faster and she is a Master in cool and relaxation.

That’s the point- her running is effortless. She has great form as she runs at a very fast pace whilst looking completely relaxed.
I was watching reruns of the way she accelerated last night last past all those other runners down the home straight - she didn’t looked like she’d sped up but she clearly changed gears massively. She’s very impressive. Everyone else was huffing and puffing and pumping their arms and she just glided past..
Imagine if she would just take your advice since you have it figured out.

She’s six feet tall => lower cadence.
