She knows Bol has improved so she'll dig even deeper in the hurdles
Bol will push Sydney and Sydney will end up breaking the WR again
Sub 50 may be incoming
Doubtful she’d really care at all
She doesn't care.
It was USA team.
She doesn't care about USA.
She cares only about herself.
Probably nothing. Plus that's a 47.9 run in Bol's legs and she'll run 2 more rounds before meeting Sydney. I'd say that gives Sydney the edge if anything
"God is great"
Sydney is in business for herself.
She probably wasn't even watching.

She's focused on the individual event. Couldn't give two hoots about the mixed relay.
She most likely wishes people adored her like they do BOL. People like and appreciate BOL because she is friendly and smiles to the crowd. I like watching BOL win races, it is motivating. She is the complete package.
The only honest answer is that nobody but her knows what she is thinking. And why should anyone else care what she is thinking?

All politicians are like this.
But we expect athletes to have higher ethics than politicians.
But not all expectations are fulfilled...
Sydney really doesn't care about track and field. Let's appreciate Bol who is a likable character and people are cheering for her.

I doubt it. She is introverted and introverts don't like to be in the spotlight.

Probably the same as all runners. Rojo is a tool.

See, you are answering with a self-absorbed American mindset and proving the point i wanted to mke.
I don't want to know what she's thinking about her own race. What I want to know is does she think at all, "Why aren't I out there running for the stars and stripes?"
It's quite hard to explain to my wife and 6-year old why the top US stars don't want to run for their country. I didn't want to get into , "Shoe execs don't value this event at all so they don't bother. In the short term, financially the mixed 4 x 400 does nothing for Sydney. Lots of downside."

Do you think Syd really wishes that people adored her more? Syd is going to do what Syd does and win gold in the 400h. She’ll get another in the 4x400.
I like Bol a lot. I like that she competes and I like her attitude. She just isn’t going to beat Syd. At another place in time Bol would be dominant. She has the misfortune of competing at the same time in history as Syd is.
She is happy she dodged the competition. Queen Bol would have whoopes her ass badly.

SOME people. I neither like nor dislike Bol. She's a runner. She's boring. There's nothing especially interesting about her except her running.
