I could get either the kennedy in the maize and blue colorway brand new; or the white vents brand new. Which spikes are better for the 3200 and 5k. Ill be running the mile and 4by8 too. I like a little more agressive spike for the finish of races. which spike would you prefer? Thanks in advance.
if you're looking for a more agressive plate, i'd suggest the kennedys.

The Ventilus is so comfortable though... I love the Venti plus, but the Kennedy's hurt your feet if your not an over pronator in the longer races. But your doing 3200 so go with Kennedy's
so if my foot strikes on the inside of my foot the kenns will be better??
I was an 800/miler/3k specialist in college, and I loved the kennedys, even for up to 10k. I have a forefoot strike, and high arches, and very much prefer the rigid spikeplate and support the kennedys provide.
I agree with an earlier poster though--these shoes can definitely tear your feet up if you're racing longer than 3k.
I've raced everything from 1500 to 10k in my white ventulus, and loved them for all of the races. I was more of a 5k specialist, and have never worn the kennedy's so you can take my word for what it's worth, a solid endorsement of one shoe. I'e never heard anything bad about the Kennedy's though, my bet is it'd be hard to go wrong with either.

I am pretty disapointed that nike has decided that they are offer the miler and miler like spikes (elodorets) as their high end distance spike. I really think they need more variety. The Kennedy's should not follow Bob's retirement.
ive done a 15k road race in the nike kennedy XCs (road, rain and plastic dont mix)
