You should run each kilometer at 3:00-3:03. If you do that you should be at 15:00-15:15 for the 5k.
Ignore the hills and go at the same pace, hills are only a figment of your imagination. With that many colleges from D1 to D5 will come knocking at your door. Trust me, I am a world renowned coach who has trained multiple almost Olympians

I transferred to a school with a great running tradition and my three best times at Woodward were 15:24, 15:20, and 15:16 my senior year.

Depends on your current level of fitness. You would probably need to be in at least 9:05 3200m form to have a shot.
You need to be in a race where you’re running as a pack. 1st mile should feel easy around 4:40. You need to be at least 9:50 at mile 2 unless you have an Evan Noonan style finish. If you can get through 9:50, hold on like your life depends on it. This is where it’s going to absolutely hurt. That back stretch is death. You’re also gonna need to start kicking when you hit the asphalt. Sub 15:15 is doable but it really requires everything going right for you and being in a stacked race.

And hope it doesn't rain the week before the meet.
I was told that people on here are horrible humans and this has proved it, I was honestly just asking for some advice and all people do is say horrible things

If it's a quite tough course with some hills you can prepare like me when I back in 1988 won the Gothenburg Sylvestre race 10,55 km in 31:27 min with 2 really tough hills in the middle of the race. I prepared 2-3 times the weeks before the race by running fast 10x 1 min hllls in the race toughest hill. On race day the hill felt really easy and I won the race with a fast sprint last 200m .....🇸🇪🧙🏼♂️🇸🇪

Ok real advice from someone with some solid times and experience.
Stop caring about coaches and colleges. If you are running because of that, then it will hurt you athletically and mentally. Try to get motivated out of competing and doing your best. Watch race videos and envy the runners that are faster than you, hoping to one day best them.
