I just got a pair of alphafly 3s. my first carbon plate super shoe. took them out for a quick spin and immediately they were squeaking. Is that normal for these things or indicate they’re defective? at this price tag you’d think they could figure out a way to make them quiet.
Should have been a small tube of grease in the box. You got beat return to were you purchased them and demand what you have coming to you.

This is the answer. There should have been a small white tube of lubricant in the bag that you put at the edges of the Flyplate underneath the shoe. Check the box again, but the store should know what you’re talking about.
