It's gonna be tough but for a strength-sided runner like Jess it should be possible. The pace through 1600 is a full 10 seconds slower than the mile equivalent of her 1500.
A strength based 3:54 runner can break the record for sure. 3:50.83 gives her plenty of leeway if she’s gunning for it.

Not sure. Different track - less fast line up? Georgia Griffith beat her convincingly over 3k not that long ago as did ESP. Which seems bizarre now but there you go.
It will be a good watch anyway. Hope she goes for it and Georgia goes with her!
