I’m very fit and have the runner’s body (lean, abs and tri’s, leg muscles).
Is the best move to show my superiority with fast runs and then talk to them after? Or should I be the “every-guy” and jog slow near them and make small talk?

In the off chance this is not a troll thread:
If you are going to run fast, you'll be in a group with just dudes. You can still meet women before and after the runs, but if you are trying to get to know them during runs, plan on doing your recovery runs with a slow group at the club runs.
You may still be too fast for the women actually. The only time I've had women keep up was if they were trials qualifiers in the marathon or fresh off collegiate running.
Just feel out the group and don't be weird or a show-off. Girls who go to a running group may be mildly impressed if you are the fastest there, but that will do little to nothing to help you "meet" them, let alone get one to go out with you.
running fast is neither here nor there if your personality sucks.

The good news is that there probably haven't been any other guys who joined the running club with this exact same idea. You should have all the women to yourself. LOL.
competent and personable.
That would mean running at your natural ability. Be yourself. Any sort of contrived performance in order to achieve a desired outcome is not a good way to start things, is it?
But, of course, tap into the social vibe, and that may mean doing cool downs with slower groups and runners, maybe some stretching or just hanging.
Dorky enough for you?
Tell them straight out that you like to pegged.
Think of it in the other direction - Do you care at all how fast she is?
It's all about the 'fit.
* Half tights (with an extra sock, if necessary)
* Singlet with holes cut it in, some nipple blood is always a nice touch and shows that your hardcore
* Alphaflys, even for easy run
Of course show up wearing your Boston jacket wrote:

Not bad advice, really. Show up decked out in expensive gear. Apple Watch on one arm, top-of-the-line Garmin on the other, etc. Diamond chain might be a good touch if you can pull it off. Think of it like you’re trying to attract honeys at the club.
Do you have a big hog? If you do, make sure you wear a very tight speedsuit or half tights to make sure they all know.
If you don't, best not to show up

I would. It's all part of the picture - how long they've been at it, how focused, how serious, and what they seem to want out of it.
It's a person you are sizing up, not a statistic on a time sheet. And what's the story, morning glory?
Run easy enough that you can talk nonstop about your PRs.

Make sure you know what single really means.
I hate when I meet someone who is "single" but has two kids before marriage, two more kids, while married and then divorced only two have two more kids as a widow.
You just need to be cool about it. People join gyms and churches for the same reason, to meet others for sex, romance, friendship, and to "network". The networking part always seems sleazy too me.

If you’re coming here to ask, you’ve already lost and should just give up, loser.
