Even though most people will see it as an accident, the reality is poor tactics a lot of the time. The best tacticians stay out of trouble, are not clumsy and prone to falling. Good balance and good coordination really minimize the risk of it happening. Can it happen to anyone? Yes, but much less likely to happen to someone who is an adequate traffic navigator.
