The bot is usually on its first or second post prior to that. This looks like a legit user.
Valby's typical settings for a 120-minute session are 25 for resistance and 10 for incline. Those are the best settings for a quality Arc session.
Idk arc specifically but I love moderate incline.
1000% better than the kind with zero incline and easier on fatigue than very steep like stairs
