if it was a 6 lb. shot and he used the spin technique, then maybe.
no he could not, i have read studies that show running over 50 miles a week actually hurts your strength, explosive power, ability to jump and sprint, i believe david costill did a study where distance runners greatly improved their strength, speed and jumping after being totally sedentary for 2 years. so all the posters who run 50-150 miles a week if you want to win a weightlifting contest dont run more than 5-6 miles a day.

Say what? Some people would have trouble throwing a baseball 60m - that's about 197 feet.
