Slowly during the 19th and 20th miles. It's going to be bad anyway, so get 18+ good miles before the misery starts. No reason to be burping beans for the whole 26 miles.
Just one can? Honestly, I don’t think it would be that bad. Pretty clean fuel and most of the gas is removed when they’re smashed.
That's more of a $10 bet than a $10,000 bet.
If the goal is just to finish the thon without the beans coming out of you before the race then you can just jog the last 6 miles. If you are still trying to run a fast time then it will be messy

Shotgun the can at mile 20
Two guiding principles.
1) Eat it as late as possible
2) Eat it fairly slowly
From mile 16 or 17 you start to eat a spoonful at a time every few minutes and finish it right before the 20 mile mark (even if you have to really slow down to get the last bit before mile 20).
Then cruise it on in, forget about your time (this is not a day to PR), and collect that cash.

I honestly think I could eat it on the start line and be completely fine throughout the race.
