Lots of good HS mile times last night. What are thoughts on the imapact of synthetic tracks and modern (super) spikes on HS mile times. I have always thought that synthetic vs. dirt bought between .75 and 1 second per lap. Some say shoes are worth .5-1 second per lap. So intotal1.25 - 2 seconds per lap with those numbers. Thoughts?
