For the level of information you provided, just googling insomnia is better.
In the sleep world, we call these "swiss awakenings" because they're like clockwork. One thing that will help a lot is setting your alarm and then flipping your clock on it's face so you can't check it or not checking the time on your phone. The reason you're waking up is because you're drawing a lot of importance to the fact you've awaken which is conditioning your subconscious to monitor for this precise outcome which is then manifesting it.. a sort of self fulfilling prophecy.
The next time this happens, don't look at the clock, get upset, or try to force yourself to sleep, just relax and lay there while enjoying the quiet of night or read a book. The more mellow, enjoyable, and effortless you make your nights, you'll probably find yourself dozing off without even realizing.
The key is understanding that sleep is supposed to be effortless. If you try to force yourself to sleep, the opposite will almost certainly occur.
Put on a bishop barron sermon. You’d need to be superhuman not to fall back asleep before it ends.
