Hi,
If I can run 1km in 3', how do I calculate my vV02max, and is there a website where I can find some info on how to calculate vV02max?
thanks

It is not accurate to calculate your vVO2max from your 1K run. The best way to do is: Run 6 minutes as fast as you can and record the distance covered. Then you can calculate your vVO2max from there
says it would be 1817 meters in 6 minutes, according to the Purdy tables.
