Anyone know what the fastest wind speeds that have been recorded in track races?
I noticed William Snoddy ran 9.87 with a +11.2 m/s (25 mph) in Dallas in 1978.
And 2 people ran 9.9 hand-timed with a +16.6 m/s (37 mph) in Las Vegas in 1976.
That's all i found on alltime-athletics. Anyone have any crazy stories from smaller meets?
