Dragonfly prototypes first started by used by pros in 2019. Air zoom vics might have been started being used earlier but definitely not earlier than 2018 for either

No. Superspike prototypes began appearing on the circuit by 2019, and some athletes were seen testing them even earlier. Cheruiyot was wearing early Air Zoom Vics with a bubble in Doha, for example:
In Rio, pretty much the whole Men's final wore Victory 2 Elites or Victory 3s in the Rio colorway:
